This multi‐omics study reveals the significant role of MAIT cells in liver transplant rejection. MAIT cells drive rejection in liver transplantation via the MR1 axis. Their absence reshapes T cell responses and clonal expansion, attenuating allograft injury.

Impact of G‐CSF on Donor TCR Clonal Diversity and T Cell Function During Donor HSC Mobilisation
In this study, we found that G‐CSF mobilisation caused a reduction in TCR clonal diversity and down‐regulation of T‐cell function in donors. Here, we report the role of extracellular vesicles (EVs) released from melanoma cells constitutively expressing MHC class II in the regulation of immune cell functions and melanoma metastasis. In particular, we observed an increased localization of HLA‐DRα, CAM receptors, PD‐L1, and STAT3 signaling proteins in the EVs.
