Histopathology, EarlyView.Benign tumours of the rete testis are uncommon and include mostly cystadenomas and adenomas, including a subset with tubular or tubulopapillary architecture. The latter show morphological similarities with Sertoli cell tumours and were previously termed Sertoliform cystadenomas of the rete testis.
