Ultra‐high static magnetic fields cause immunosuppression through disrupting B‐cell peripheral differentiation and negatively regulating BCR signaling

open access: yesMedComm, Volume 4, Issue 5, October 2023., 2023
33.0 T SMF treatment resulted in disturbance of B cell peripheral differentiation and antibody secretion, but lower magnetic fields, including 28.7, 17.8, or the 11.2 T SMFs had much less or no such effects. 33.0 T SMF treatment induced downregulate BCR proximal signaling and impaired F‐actin remodeling related BCR clustering.

Immobilization of Urease onto Nanochitosan Enhanced the Enzyme Efficiency: Biophysical Studies and in Vitro Clinical Application on Nephropathy Diabetic Iraqi Patients

open access: yesJournal of Nanotechnology, Volume 2022, Issue 1, 2022., 2022
Immobilization of enzymes is an effective method for improving the properties and applications of modern enzymes. There are several supports for enzyme immobilization. Because of its unique features, such as inertness and high surface area, chitosan was widely used to immobilize enzymes. Immobilization of urease onto chitosan is a promising approach to

Chemotherapy-induced developmental trajectories of monocytes in breast cancer

open access: yesRUDN Journal of Medicine
Relevance . Monocytes are circulating immune cells which are traditionally divided into three subsets. The contribution of each subset to breast cancer pathogenesis is controversial.
