Genotype x environment interaction through AMMI analysis in sesame genotypes

Journal of Oilseeds Research, 2020
The present study investigates the magnitude of GxE interaction and stability of sesame genotypes over theenvironments. The results indicated that for seed yield/plant, the ASV values ranged from 0.186 to 2.363. Accordingly, genotypes SAVITRI, TMV-4, SSD-5, DSS-9 and RAJESHWARI were considered to be most stable, while YLM-17, CHANDANA, NIRMALA, USHA ...

Genotype x environment interaction in castor

Madras Agricultural Journal, 2000
The phenotype stability of 79 genotypes of castor (60 hybrids and 19 parents) grown over four environments was studied for oil content, seed yield and other related traits. Variance due to genotypes, environments, G x E (liner) components was highly significant for all the traits.

GENOTYPE X ENVIRONMENT INTERACTIONS FOR SEED YIELD IN CLUSTERBEAN

Madras Agricultural Journal, 1984
Genotype x environment interaction was investigated for grain yield in 12 branched genotypes of clusterbean (Cyamopsis tetragonaloba (L.) Taub), under rainfed conditions, during monsoon seasons (1979-1981). There was a significant variation for geno- types and genotype X environment interaction for grain yield.

Structuring Genotype X Environment Interaction by Regression Techniques

2021
The investigation of the structure of genotype-by-environment interaction is an important topic in multi-environment trials, in which a series of tests are undertaken across multiple environmental conditions. This study proposes a generalisation of joint regression analysis for situations when the response (e.g. yield) is non-linear across environments

Genotype x environment interaction

1995
In section 8.2 the genotypic value was defined as g:= E (\(\underline{p}\) | gt, E). This implies that the genotypic value depends not only on the macro-environmental conditions, but also on the effect of the interaction of the considered genotype and the considered macro-environment.
