The geometric Hopf invariant and surgery theory
The first author's geometric Hopf invariant of a stable map $F:Σ^{\infty}X \to Σ^{\infty}Y$ is a stable ${\mathbb Z}_2$-equivariant map $h(F):Σ^{\infty}X \to Σ^{\infty}(Y \wedge Y)$ constructed by an explicit difference construction applied to $(F \wedge F)Δ_X - Δ_Y F$.

Low‐voltage FIB‐SEM tomography combined with a image preprocessing pipeline improves phase contrast and enables reliable machine‐learning segmentation of conductive networks in lithium‐ion battery electrodes. Structural descriptors are extracted from segmented images, done semimanually and automated, and compared.

Solitary wave solutions of the delayed KP–BBM equation
In this paper, a type of shallow water wave model referred to as the Kadomtsev–Petviashvili–Benjamin–Bona–Mahony (KP–BBM) equation is studied. Initially, the unperturbed form of the KP–BBM equation is examined.

This experimental study investigates the thermodynamic limits of the Al–Mn τ ferromagnetic phase within complex‐composition alloys (CCAs). Using nine rare‐earth‐free compositions, it explores a broad region of the pseudobinary AlMnCoFeNi system. The results reveal intricate links between composition, phase stability, and magnetic behavior, highlighting

Studying categorical aspects of the Landau-Ginzburg B-model using variations of geometric invariant theory [PDF]
In this thesis we use variations of geometric invariant theory to study the derived categories of coherent sheaves associated to complete intersections in toric varieties.

The Geometric Proca–Weyl Field as a Candidate for Dark Matter
We consider the Weyl invariant theory of gravity as an alternative approach to the problem of the origin of dark matter. According to this theory, the geometric Weyl 1-form effectively behaves as a Proca field.

From Shear to Sound: Mechanics–Acoustics Mapping of TPMS Lattices
Triply periodic minimal surface (TPMS) lattices are mapped across mechanical and acoustic performance, revealing that descriptors validated in compression fail under shear. First‐time comparison with trusses included. A transition from porous to resonance‐driven absorption emerges at 25% density.

GEOMETRIC INVARIANT THEORY BASED ON WEIL DIVISORS
Given an action of a reductive group on a normal variety, we construct all invariant open subsets admitting a good quotient with a quasiprojective or a divisorial quotient space. Our approach extends known constructions like Mumford’s Geometric Invariant

Generating and protecting correlated quantum states under collective dephasing
We study the collective dephasing process of a system of non-interacting atomic qubits, immersed in a spatially uniform magnetic field of fluctuating intensity.
