Engineering tandem VHHs to target different epitopes to enhance antibody‐dependent cell‐mediated cytotoxicity

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Tandem VHH targeting distinct EGFR epitopes were engineered into a monovalent bispecific antibody (7D12‐EGA1‐Fc) with more potent ADCC without increasing affinity to EGFR. Structural modeling of 7D12‐EGA1‐Fc showed cross‐linking of separate EGFR domains to enhance CD16a engagement on NK cells.

Constituent components of 3D printing in construction: Mixture, reinforcement and their main characteristics [PDF]

open access: yesE3S Web of Conferences
Construction 3D printing is one of the most promising areas in the construction of various structures. Thanks to the possibilities of automation, digital concrete production makes it possible to create complex structures that withstand the same forces as

Semiquantum geometry

open access: yesJournal of Mathematical Sciences, 1996
In this paper we study associative algebras with a Poisson algebra structure on the center acting by derivations on the rest of the algebra. These structures, which we call Poisson fibred algebras, appear in the study of quantum groups at roots of 1 and related algebras, as well as in the representation theory of affine Lie algebras at the critical ...

Enzymatic degradation of biopolymers in amorphous and molten states: mechanisms and applications

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
This review explains how polymer morphology and thermal state shape enzymatic degradation pathways, comparing amorphous and molten biopolymer structures. By integrating structure–reactivity principles with insights from thermodynamics and enzyme engineering, it highlights mechanisms that enable efficient polymer breakdown.

Deformaciones isométricas infinitesimales de superficies multidimensionales ensambladas

open access: yesRevista de Matemática: Teoría y Aplicaciones, 2012
The article introduces the concept of multidimensional pasted surfaces and considers the case of different dimensions in the surfaces to be pasted. Infinitesimal deformations of such surfaces are also considered.

R 2 corrected AdS2 holography

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2021
We approach the problem of constructing an explicit holographic dictionary for the AdS2/CFT1 correspondence in the context of higher derivative gravitational actions in AdS2 space-times.

Analysing the significance of small conformational changes and low occupancy states in serial crystallographic data

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
This protocol paper outlines methods to establish the success of a time‐resolved serial crystallographic experiment, by means of statistical analysis of timepoint data in reciprocal space and models in real space. We show how to amplify the signal from excited states to visualise structural changes in successful experiments.

Finite Lattices Generating Not Finitely–Based and Nonstandard Quasivarieties

open access: yesJournal of Mathematics
There are two well-known and closely related problems in lattice theory: Which finite lattices generate finitely-based quasivarieties? and Which finite lattices generate standard quasivarieties?
