Unusual presentation of fetal ventriculomegaly: a case report [PDF]
Fetal ventriculomegaly (VM) is a relatively common finding during prenatal examinations and occurs in approximately 0.2% of live births. Although there are various causes, obstructive VM due to cerebellar hemorrhage is exceedingly rare.

C-kit expression in the salivary gland neoplasms adenoid cystic carcinoma, polymorphous low-grade adenocarcinoma, and monomorphic adenoma [PDF]
Objective. Differentiating between adenoid cystic carcinomas (ACCs), polymorphous low-grade adenocarcinomas (PLGAs), and the monomorphic adenomas (including canalicular adenomas, trabecular adenomas, and basal cell adenomas) can present a diagnostic ...

This study repurposes mitochondrial DNA mutations as endogenous barcodes for lineage tracing in human pluripotent stem cell‐derived organoids. Integrated with transcriptomic and spatial data, it reveals NOTCH‐mediated stromal‐progenitor crosstalk orchestrates clonal dynamics and spatial zonation during early hematopoietic development, offering a non ...

TRIM40 Drives Pathological Cardiac Hypertrophy and Heart Failure via Ubiquitination of PKN2
This study identifies the E3 ligase TRIM40 as a key driver of pathological cardiac hypertrophy. TRIM40 binds PKN2 via its B‐box domain and, through its C29‐dependent catalytic activity, mediates K63‐linked ubiquitination of PKN2. This modification enhances PKN2 phosphorylation at Ser815, thereby driving hypertrophy.

Testicular germ-cell tumours and penile squamous cell carcinoma: Appropriate management makes the difference [PDF]
Germ-cell tumours (GCT) of the testis and penile squamous cell carcinoma (PeSCC) are a rare and a very rare uro-genital cancers, respectively. Both tumours are well defined entities in terms of management, where specific recommendations - in the form of ...

This review explains how biomaterials and nanoparticles can be used to induce or modulate tertiary lymphoid structures (TLSs), which are ectopic immune hubs that form in nonlymphoid tissues during chronic disease and cancer. By comparing different methods, the article highlights design principles for modeling TLSs or recapitulating specific TLS ...
