Tumor‐Informed ctDNA in Guiding First‐Line Immunochemotherapy in Advanced Non‐Small Cell Lung Cancers

Tumor‐informed circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) analysis identifies patients with advanced non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who benefit from first‐line immunotherapy plus chemotherapy. Longitudinal ctDNA monitoring further reflects therapeutic response and predicts prognosis beyond imaging.

Continuous Physics‐Informed Learning Expedited Battery Mechanism Decoupling

A battery modeling framework combining dual neural networks with physical prior is presented to track internal mechanisms, decouple overpotential components, and early predict aging trajectories using only DC data, eliminating the need for additional measurements.

YKT6 Promotes Bladder Cancer Progression by Stabilizing β‐catenin Through USP7‐Mediated Deubiquitination

Oxidative phosphorylation (OXPHOS) activity serves as a critical metabolic determinant of radiotherapy outcomes in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC). The CEBPB/AREG/EREG axis drives radioresistance in ESCC by reprogramming OXPHOS. AREG and EREG function as predictive biomarkers for nCRT response and prognosis of ESCC patients.
