This is a report of an 18-year old girl with an unusual giant cell tumour. Although it is difficult to distinguish between a multifocal giant cell tumour of bone and a primary giant cell tumour with metastases in other bones, we believe that our case is either a multicentric or a multifocal giant cell tumour.
