Anomalous Spin‐Optical Helical Effect in Ti‐Based Kagome Metal

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
The kagome lattice hosts diverse correlated quantum states, including elusive loop currents. We report spin‐handedness selective signals in CsTi3Bi5, termed the anomalous spin‐optical helical effect, surpassing conventional spin responses. Arising from light helicity coupled to spin‐orbital correlations, this effect provides a sensitive, indirect probe

A possible anti-anxiety effect of appetitive aggression and a possible link to the work of Donald Winnicott

open access: yesScandinavian Journal of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychology, 2022
Various pleasant sensations that give a particularly intense pleasure are able to improve anxiety. In the present study I consider the possibility that their anti-anxiety action depends on the strong pleasure they provide, and I propose a possible ...

Powder‐to‐Film Conversion of Nickel Single‐Atom Catalysts into Binder‐Free and Resistant Electrodes

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
A reproducible strategy is reported for fabricating standalone thin‐film electrodes composed of CNx‐supported Ni single‐atom catalysts. The resulting binder‐free electrodes exhibit robust stability, enhanced charge transfer, and superior electrochemical performance, offering scalable opportunities for applications in electrochemistry. ABSTRACT Although

DC‐magnetometry Analytical Tool Driven by Spin Ordering Phenomena for Sensing Chemical Interactions at the Surface of Nanomaterials

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The adsorption of AsV on akaganeite nanorods was found to provide a magnetic signature. A change in the surface spin order gave rise to a second peak in the zero‐field cooled curve. AsIII adsorption does not provide any change in the magnetic behavior of the sorbent.

Emerging of a new CD3+CD31HCD184+ tang cell phenothype in Sjögren’s syndrome induced by microencapsulated human umbilical cord matrix-derived multipotent stromal cells

open access: yesFrontiers in Immunology, 2023
BackgroundSjögren’s syndrome (SS) is an autoimmune disease hallmarked by infiltration and destruction of exocrine glands. Currently, there is no therapy that warrants full recovery of the affected tissues. Umbilical cord-derived multipotent stromal cells,

Enhancing Atomic‐Resolution in Electron Microscopy: A Deep Learning Denoiser Operating in the Frequency Domain

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Systems, EarlyView.
The newly developed AI‐automated Fast Fourier Transform denoising algorithm surpasses conventional real‐space methods by revealing even light atoms otherwise hidden in noisy backgrounds. Atomic resolution electron microscopy has become an essential tool for many scientific fields, when direct visualization of atomic arrangements and defects is needed ...
