Food Science &Nutrition, Volume 14, Issue 6, June 2026.Linden tea infusion kinetics were optimized at 80°C for 45 min to maximize flavonoid extraction. Optimal spray‐drying conditions (170°C, 10 mL/min, 10% maltodextrin) were determined using a Box‐Behnken design, yielding an instant powder with excellent solubility and preserved phenolic profile.

Journal of Biochemical and Molecular Toxicology, Volume 40, Issue 6, June 2026.Simultaneous treatment with lutein and cisplatin enhances oxidative DNA damage in breast cancer cells (MCF‐7 and MDA‐MB‐231) and promotes apoptosis specifically in MDA‐MB‐231 cells, while modulating DNA repair and damage response genes across cell types. Additionally, the combination increases cytotoxicity in HUVECs.
