ABSTRACT Introduction This final analysis of a multicenter, prospective postmarketing surveillance study evaluated the safety of daprodustat in patients with chronic kidney disease anemia in routine clinical practice in Japan. Methods Patients who initiated daprodustat between September 2020 and July 2022 were registered.

About the Structure of Attractors for a Nonlocal Chafee-Infante Problem
In this paper, we study the structure of the global attractor for the multivalued semiflow generated by a nonlocal reaction-diffusion equation in which we cannot guarantee the uniqueness of the Cauchy problem.

Reciprocal control of viral infection and phosphoinositide dynamics
Phosphoinositides, although scarce, regulate key cellular processes, including membrane dynamics and signaling. Viruses exploit these lipids to support their entry, replication, assembly, and egress. The central role of phosphoinositides in infection highlights phosphoinositide metabolism as a promising antiviral target.

Existence of Global Attractor for a 3D Brinkman-Forchheimer Equfation in Some Poincaré Unbounded Domains [PDF]
In this paper, we study the existence of global attractor of a class of three-dimensional Brinkman-Forchheimer equation in some unbounded domains which satisfies Poincaré inequality.

Global attractors for p-Laplacian equation
The existence of a global attractor for the following \(p\)-Laplacian equation: \[ u_t-\text{div}\bigl(|\nabla u|^{p-2}\nabla u\bigr)+f(u)=g \quad\text{in } \Omega\times\mathbb{R}^+,\tag{1} \] with the Dirichlet boundary condition \[ u |_{\partial\Omega}=0\tag{2} \] and initial condition \[ u(x,0)=u_0(x)\tag{3} \] is proved in \(W_0^{1,p}(\Omega)\) and

Protein pyrophosphorylation by inositol pyrophosphates — detection, function, and regulation
Protein pyrophosphorylation is an unusual signaling mechanism that was discovered two decades ago. It can be driven by inositol pyrophosphate messengers and influences various cellular processes. Herein, we summarize the research progress and challenges of this field, covering pathways found to be regulated by this posttranslational modification as ...

Regularity of trajectory attractor and upper semicontinuity of global attractor for a 2D non-Newtonian fluid [PDF]
There are two results within this paper. The one is the regularity of trajectory attractor and the trajectory asymptotic smoothing effect of the incompressible non-Newtonian fluid on 2D bounded domains, for which the solution to each initial value could ...

Global dynamics of a reaction-diffusion system
In this work the existence of a global attractor for the semiflow of weak solutions of a two-cell Brusselator system is proved. The method of grouping estimation is exploited to deal with the challenge in proving the absorbing property and the ...

Global Solutions and Asymptotic Study to a 3D-Lagrangian Boussinesq System
We prove that the Lagrangian-averaged 3D periodic Boussinesq system has a global in time weak solution that depends continuously on time. Also, we establish that a unique strong global in time solution exists.
