Cell wall target fragment discovery using a low‐cost, minimal fragment library
LoCoFrag100 is a fragment library made up of 100 different compounds. Similarity between the fragments is minimized and 10 different fragments are mixed into a single cocktail, which is soaked to protein crystals. These crystals are analysed by X‐ray crystallography, revealing the binding modes of the bound fragment ligands.

The Global Existence of Solutions in Time for a Chemotaxis Model with Two Chemicals
This paper concerns the uniform boundedness and global existence of solutions in time for the chemotaxis model with two chemicals. We prove the system has global existence of solutions in time for any dimension n.

We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

Mathematical analysis of toxin-phytoplankton-fish model with self-diffusion and cross-diffusion
In this paper we propose a nonlinear reaction-diffusion system describing the interaction between toxin-producing phytoplankton and fish population. We analyze the effect of self- and cross-diffusion on the dynamics of the system.

A stochastic predator-prey model with disease in the prey and Holling type II functional response is proposed and its dynamics is analyzed. We discuss the boundedness of the dynamical system and find all feasible equilibrium solutions. For the stochastic

Structural biology of ferritin nanocages
Ferritin is a conserved iron‐storage protein that sequesters iron as a ferric mineral core within a nanocage, protecting cells from oxidative damage and maintaining iron homeostasis. This review discusses ferritin biology, structure, and function, and highlights recent cryo‐EM studies revealing mechanisms of ferritinophagy, cellular iron uptake, and ...

Characterization of positive solution to stochastic competitor-competitor-cooperative model
In this article we study a randomized three-dimensional Lotka-Volterra model with competitor-competitor-mutualist interaction. We show the existence, uniqueness, moment boundedness, stochastic boundedness and global asymptotic stability of positive ...

In this study, we found that human cervical‐derived adipocytes maintain intracellular iron level by regulating the expression of iron transport‐related proteins during adrenergic stimulation. Melanotransferrin is predicted to interact with transferrin receptor 1 based on in silico analysis.

Dynamics in a Nonautonomous Nicholson-Type Delay System
A kind of Nicholson-type delay system is considered. Several conditions on the ultimate boundedness, extinction, permanence, periodic solution, and global attractivity of the system are established by employing the inequality techniques and comparison ...
