Blow-up phenomena and global existence for the periodic two-component Dullin-Gottwald-Holm system [PDF]
This paper is concerned with blow-up phenomena and global existence for the periodic two-component Dullin-Gottwald-Holm system. We first obtain several blow-up results and the blow-up rate of strong solutions to the system. We then present a global existence result for strong solutions to the system.

Molecular and functional profiling unravels targetable vulnerabilities in colorectal cancer
We used whole exome and RNA‐sequencing to profile divergent genomic and transcriptomic landscapes of microsatellite stable (MSS) and microsatellite instable (MSI) colorectal cancer. Alterations were classified using a computational score for integrative cancer variant annotation and prioritization.

Existence of Global Classical and Weak Solutions to a Prion Equation with Polymer Joining [PDF]
We consider a nonlinear integro-differential equation for prion proliferation that includes prion polymerization, polymer splitting, and polymer joining. The equation can be written as a quasilinear Cauchy problem. For bounded reaction rates we prove global existence and uniqueness of classical solutions by means of evolution operator theory.

Cancer stem cells are associated with aggressive disease, but a deep characterization of such markers is lacking in endometrial cancer. This study uses imaging mass cytometry to explore putative cancer stem cell markers in endometrial tumors and corresponding organoid models.

This paper deals with a semilinear parabolic equation with variable source under the case that the initial energy is less than the potential well depth. We deduce a sharp threshold for blow-up and global existence of solutions.

Global regularity for the Dirichlet problem of Monge-Ampère equation in convex polytopes [PDF]
We study the Dirichlet problem for Monge-Amp\`ere equation in bounded convex polytopes. We give sharp conditions for the existence of global $C^2$ and $C^{2,\alpha}$ convex solutions provided that a global $C^2$, convex subsolution exists.

Global existence of weak solutions for quantum MHD equations [PDF]
In this paper, we consider the quantum MHD equations with both the viscosity coefficient and the magnetic diffusion coefficient are depend on the density. we prove the global existence of weak solutions and perform the lower planck limit in a 3-dimensional torus for large initial data.

Peripheral blood proteome biomarkers distinguish immunosuppressive features of cancer progression
Immune status significantly influences cancer progression. This study used plasma proteomics to analyze benign 67NR and malignant 4T1 breast tumor models at early and late tumor stages. Immune‐related proteins–osteopontin (Spp1), lactotransferrin (Ltf), calreticulin (Calr) and peroxiredoxin 2 (Prdx2)–were associated with systemic myeloid‐derived ...
