New Results of Global Exponential Stabilization for BLDCMs System [PDF]

open access: yesMathematical Problems in Engineering, 2015
The global exponential stabilization for brushless direct current motor (BLDCM) system is studied. Four linear and simple feedback controllers are proposed to realize the global stabilization of BLDCM with exponential convergence rate; the control law used in each theorem is less conservative and more concise.

Stabilization of a certain class of fuzzy control systems with uncertainties

open access: yesArchives of Control Sciences, 2017
In this paper, we investigate the global uniform practical exponential stability for a class of uncertain Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy systems. The uncertainties are supposed uniformly to be bounded by some known integrable functions to obtain an exponential ...

LMI-Based Approach for Exponential Robust Stability of High-Order Hopfield Neural Networks with Time-Varying Delays

open access: yesJournal of Applied Mathematics, 2012
This paper studies the problems of global exponential robust stability of high-order hopfield neural networks with time-varying delays. By employing a new Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and linear matrix inequality, some criteria of global exponential ...

Global Exponential Stability for DCNNs with Impulses on Time Scales [PDF]

open access: yesMathematical Problems in Engineering, 2014
A class of delayed cellular neural networks (DCNNs) with impulses on time scales is considered. By using the topological degree theory, and the time scale calculus theory some sufficient conditions are derived to ensure the existence, uniqueness, and global exponential stability of equilibria for this class of neural networks.

Global Exponential Stability of a Delayed HIV Infection Model with a Nonlinear Incidence Rate

open access: yesDiscrete Dynamics in Nature and Society, 2021
Under the assumption that there is a time delay between the time target cells are contacted by the virus particles and the time the contacted cells become actively infected, we investigate the exponential stability of the noninfected equilibrium for a ...

Global Existence and Exponential Stability of Convection

open access: yesJournal of Mathematical Analysis and Applications, 1995
The interior convection in the Boussinesq approximation is studied for a bounded domain \(\Omega\subset \mathbb{R}^3\), occupied by an incompressible, viscous fluid, with a smooth boundary \(\Gamma\). It is studied the gravitational convection when the fluid is heated at a part \(\Gamma_0\subset\Gamma\) of the boundary.

Global Smooth Solutions and Exponential Stability for a Nonlinear Beam

open access: yesSIAM Journal on Control and Optimization, 2007
In this paper we consider a dynamical system with boundary input and output describing the bending vibrations of a quasi-linear beam, where the nonlinearity comes from Hooke’s law. First we derive an existence result for short-time solutions of the system of equations.
