Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated

Due to current crises, large-scale land acquisition is becoming a topic of growing concern. Public data from the ‘Land Matrix Global Observatory’ project demonstrates that in low- and middle-income countries, since 2000, 1,419 large-scale land deals ...

Blowup and existence of global solutions to nonlinear parabolic equations with degenerate diffusion
In this article, we consider the degenerate parabolic equation $$ u_t-\hbox{div}(|\nabla u|^{p-2}\nabla u) =\lambda u^m+\mu|\nabla u|^q $$ on a smoothly bounded domain $\Omega\subseteq\mathbb{R}^N\; (N\geq2)$, with homogeneous Dirichlet boundary ...

Loss of the miR‐214/199a cluster is associated with recurrence in ovarian cancer. Engineered small extracellular vesicles (m214‐sEVs) elevate miR‐214‐3p/miR‐199a‐5p in tumor cells, suppress β‐catenin, TLR4, and YKT6 signaling, reprogram tumor‐derived sEV cargo, reduce chemoresistance and migration, and enhance carboplatin efficacy and survival in ...

Nonexistence of positive global solutions to the differential equation $u''(t)-t^{-p-1} u^{p}=0$
A blow-up result for positive solutions to the differential equation $u''(t)-t^{-p-1} u^{p}=0$ is derived. Our result is different from the one obtained in the [1], and our conditions are less restrictive.

The aim of this work is to study the global existence in time of solutions for the tridiagonal system of reaction-diffusion by order mm. Our techniques of proof are based on compact semigroup methods and some L1{L}^{1}-estimates.

Dynamics of Hepatitis B Virus Transmission with a Lévy Process and Vaccination Effects
This work proposes a novel stochastic model describing the propagation dynamics of the hepatitis B virus. The model takes into account numerous disease characteristics, and environmental disturbances were collected using Lévy jumps and the conventional ...

Interrogating the immune landscape of microsatellite stable RAS‐mutated colon cancer
COLOSSUS project RAS‐mutated MSS colon cancer study explored transcriptomics and immune cell density by immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoscore (IS), ISIC/TuLIS scores, mutation counts, and detected different prevalences but similar microenvironment composition across immune markers with clinical relevance for future immunotherapy combination ...
