Global Stability Conditions on the Plane [PDF]

open access: yes
The paper considers price adjustment on the plane and derives global stability conditions for such dynamics. First, we examine the well-known Scarf Example, to obtain and analyze a global stability condition for this case.

PICALM::MLLT10 translocated leukemia

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
This comprehensive review of PICALM::MLLT10 translocated acute leukemia provides an in‐depth review of the structure and function of CALM, AF10, and the fusion oncoprotein (1). The multifaceted molecular mechanisms of oncogenesis, including nucleocytoplasmic shuttling (2), epigenetic modifications (3), and disruption of endocytosis (4), are then ...

Dynamics of a general model of nonlinear difference equations and its applications to LPA model

open access: yesElectronic Research Archive
In this study, we investigate the qualitative properties of solutions to a general model of difference equations (DEs), which includes the flour beetle model as a particular case.

Nicotinamide N‐methyltransferase promotes drug resistance in lung cancer, as revealed by nascent proteomic profiling

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
AZD9291 has shown promise in targeted cancer therapy but is limited by resistance. In this study, we employed metabolic labeling and LC–MS/MS to profile time‐resolved nascent protein perturbations, allowing dynamic tracking of drug‐responsive proteins. We demonstrated that increased NNMT expression is associated with drug resistance, highlighting NNMT ...

Global stability of May cooperative system with feedback controls

open access: yes, 2015
In this paper, a May cooperative system with feedback controls is proposed and studied. The dynamic behaviors of the system are discussed by using the Lyapunov function method.

Characterizing the salivary RNA landscape to identify potential diagnostic, prognostic, and follow‐up biomarkers for breast cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This study explores salivary RNA for breast cancer (BC) diagnosis, prognosis, and follow‐up. High‐throughput RNA sequencing identified distinct salivary RNA signatures, including novel transcripts, that differentiate BC from healthy controls, characterize histological and molecular subtypes, and indicate lymph node involvement.

Lyapunov functions for tuberculosis models with fast and slow progression

open access: yesMathematical Biosciences and Engineering, 2006
The spread of tuberculosis is studied through two models whichinclude fast and slow progression to the infected class. For each model, Lyapunovfunctions are used to show that when the basic reproduction numberis less than or equal to one, the disease ...

Characterizing Stability Properties in Games with Strategic Substitutes [PDF]

open access: yes
In games with strategic substitutes (GSS), convergence of the best response dynamic starting from the inf (or sup) of the strategy space is equivalent to global stability (convergence of every adaptive dynamic to the same pure strategy Nash equilibrium).
