Membranous Glomerulonephritis Associated with Sarcoidosis*

Summary: Two patients with sarcoidosis involving pulmonary hilar lymph nodes developed the nephrotic syndrome. Renal biopsy in both cases showed membranous glomerulonephritis. In one patient, there was an associated renal vein thrombosis.
