Diploid and tetraploid African Barbus (Osteichthyes, Cyprinidae) : on the coding of differential gene expression [PDF]

open access: yes, 1990
Trois espèces du groupe des "petits" barbeaux d'Afrique de l'Ouest ont été analysés par électrophorèse des protéines enzymatiques afin d'estimer leur différenciation génétique.

[Lactate dehydrogenase, glucosephosphate dehydrogenase, glutathione reductase and adenosine triphosphatase activities in the erythrocytes of patients with acute viral hepatitis].

open access: yesTerapevticheskii arkhiv, 1987
Some indices of erythrocyte metabolism (EM): activity of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G-6-PD), glutathione reductase (GR) and common adenosinetriphosphatase (ATPase) activity were studied in 102 patients with acute viral hepatitis (AVH). The suppression of erythrocyte enzymatic activity (EE) was revealed.

[Glucosephosphate dehydrogenase activity and reduced glutathione level in the erythrocytes of children with lymphoblastic leukemia].

open access: yesActa haematologica Polonica, 1982
The activity of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase and the level of reduced glutathione were determined in the erythrocytes of children with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia treated by intensive combined chemotherapy (according to the authors from Memphis). The determinations were done before, during and after completion of treatment lasting about 3 years.

[Various genetic and clinical aspects of patients with hemolytic anemia caused by glucosephosphate dehydrogenase deficiency (DG6F)].

open access: yesBoletin medico del Hospital Infantil de Mexico, 1975
Five families with DG6F deficiency were studied. Out of the first family, neinatal hyperbilirubinemia was evident in 3 children. Exchange transfusion was given to the first two. Possibly, the hemolytic crisis was subsequent to the application of vitamin K.

Concurrent measurements of carcinoembryonic antigen, glucosephosphate isomerase, gamma-glutamyltransferase, and lactate dehydrogenase in malignant, normal adult, and fetal colon tissues.

open access: yesClinical Chemistry, 1980
Abstract Carcinoembryonic antigen and activities of glucosephosphate isomerase (EC 5.3.1.9), γ-glutamyltransferase (EC 2.3.2.2), and lactate dehydrogenase (EC 1.1.1.27) were measured in aqueous extracts of fetal, normal adult, and malignant human colon tissues.
