Maximização da exploração da soja: xvi, efeito do corte e da adubação nitrogenada na produção de grãos oriundos da rebrota Effect of cutting and nitrogen application on grain production from the regrowth of soybean plants

The Glycine max Xylem Sap and Apoplast Proteome

open access: yesJournal of Proteome Research, 2007
Molecular signaling interactions in the plant apoplast are important for defense and developmental responses. We examined the soybean proteome of the apoplastic conduit of root-to-shoot communication, the xylem stream, using gel electrophoresis combined with two types of tandem mass spectrometry.

Inductive‐Associative Meta‐learning Pipeline with Human Cognitive Patterns for Unseen Drug‐Target Interaction Prediction

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Predicting unseen drug‐target interactions is challenging. BioBridge presents an Inductive‐Associative pipeline inspired by scientists' workflow. It combines transferable binding principles, learned via multi‐level encoders and adversarial training, with insights from weakly related references through meta‐learning.

Isoflavone and protein content in soybeans grains submitted to flooding at different stages of development Teor de isoflavonas e proteínas nos grãos de soja submetida ao alagamento em diferentes estádios de desenvolvimento

open access: yesCiência Rural, 2011
The stress imposed on plants by soil flooding constitutes a major barrier to growth and productivity. The identification of soybean varieties that produce higher levels of isoflavones, is necessary as soybeans have been used as human food to reduce risks

CRISPR Screening Reveals a Novel Role for FOXH1 in Regulating Pluripotency of Porcine Embryonic Stem Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study performs dual CRISPR screens in pEPSCs. Fitness screening identifies essential genes for viability, while FACS‐based screening uncovers core pluripotency factors. It highlights FOXH1 as a key regulator that maintains the stem cell state through a dual‐action mechanism: preserving pluripotency by enhancing chromatin accessibility and ...

Dataset of shotgun metagenomic evaluation of Sorghum bicolor rhizosphere microbiome in soils preceded by Glycine maxNCBINCBINCBINCBI

open access: yesData in Brief
The dataset presents the microbial diversity, community structure, and functional potential of the rhizosphere microbiome associated with Sorghum bicolor in response to crop rotation involving a Glycine max precursor. Soil samples were collected from the

Residuos de paraquat em grão de soja quando usado com dessecante da cultura Paraquat residues in soybean grain when used on the crop dissecation

open access: yesPlanta Daninha, 1991
O uso de paraquat na dessecação da soja deixa resíduos no grão cujo teor está relacionado com a fase de maturação da cultura quando da aplicação do produto e o intervalo de tempo entre esta operação e a colheita . A lei brasileira estipula como limite de

Blood α‐Synuclein Separates Parkinson's Disease from Dementia with Lewy Bodies

open access: yesAnnals of Neurology, EarlyView.
Objective Aggregation of misfolded α‐synuclein (aSyn) within the brain is the pathologic hallmark of Lewy body diseases (LBDs), including Parkinson's disease (PD), and dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB) disease. Although evidence exists for aSyn “strains,” conformations with distinct biological properties, biomarkers for PD versus DLB are lacking.

Phyto-remediation of Land Polluted with Non-Recyclable Plastic

open access: yesScientific Papers Animal Science and Biotechnologies
The ability of soybean (Glycine max) and vetch plants (Vicia) to stimulate the degradation of low-density polyethylene (LDPE) in soil was tested in the vegetative experiments under laboratory conditions.
