[Peroxidase in Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. at primary stage of sprouting].

Changes of the peroxidase in Glycyrrhiza uralensis were detected by electrophoresis and spectrophotometric analysis at the primary stage of sprouting. The result shows that during the process of seed sprouting and radicle elongating, the activities of peroxidase keep increasing, some new bands being detected and some original bands enhancing.
