Gene Expression Associated with Comparative study between Lepidium sativum extract and hormonal treatment of ovarian inactivity in crossbreed cows. [PDF]
This research aimed to study the effect of Lepidium sativum (LS) seed extract and to compare between it and GnRH in treating inactive ovaries in cows by gene expression, the study was conducted on 27 lactating anestrus crossbreed cows, aged between 3 ...

Cu-GnRH – new gonadoliberin (GnRH) analog
Our research was concentrated about physiological and structural aspects of metal complexes with GnRH, which were synthetized by Professor Henryk Kozłowski from the Uniwersity of Wrocław. We found that copper, nickel, zinc and cobalt complexes with GnRH stimulated the release of LH and FSH both in vivo and in vitro.

Sensitive LC‐HRMS methods were established for the detection of kisspeptin and its analogues in serum and urine, alongside their analytical and metabolic characterization. Stability studies were conducted in serum, plasma, and urine, highlighting the importance of appropriate sample handling for reliable anti‐doping analysis.

Physiological Effects of Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone Immunocontraception on White-Tailed Deer
Before immunocontraceptives can be considered safe to use on wildlife species, potential health risks should be assessed. Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) immunocontraceptive has successfully reduced fertility of white-tailed deer (Odocoileus ...

Polymorphism of the Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone Receptor Gene and Its Association With Production Traits in Isfahani Native Hens. [PDF]
This research was conducted to identify genetic polymorphisms of the GNRHR gene on Isfahan native hen traits and their relationship with production traits. For this purpose, blood was taken, DNA was extracted, the target fragment was amplified and directly sequenced, and finally it was blasted with the reference gene in NCBI.

Role of SoxE transcription factors in development and disease
Abstract Sox8, Sox9, and Sox10 arose by multiple rounds of genome duplications from a single SoxE gene in ancestral vertebrates. In this review, we will briefly discuss the molecular structure and function of SoxE transcription factors and their evolutionary origin. We will then discuss their expression, function, and developmental disorders.

Development of a GnRH Radioimmunoassay Utilizing a Superactive Synthetic GnRH Analog: D-[Lys6]-GnRH
SummarySpecific, high titer anti-GnRH antisera were obtained following immunization of rabbits with a conjugate of thyroglobulin and D-[Lys6]-GnRH. D-[Lys6]-GnRH was chosen to take advantage of an ∊-amino group in the center of the peptide chain and three carbons away from the chain as a unique point of conjugation. The RIA developed with this antisera

Abstract The olfactory placode (OP) generates a broad array of chemosensory neurons in the nasal region, including olfactory sensory neurons, vomeronasal sensory neurons, neurons of the septal organ, and Grueneberg ganglion. During invagination, the OP also generates migratory neuronal populations, including gonadotropin‐releasing hormone‐1 (GnRH‐1 ...
