Evaluating the diagnostic value of PLR and related hematologic parameters combined with CA‐125 for endometriomas

open access: yesInternational Journal of Gynecology &Obstetrics, EarlyView.
Abstract Objective Endometriosis is a chronic inflammatory disease, with inflammation relating to pathogenesis and staging. Analysis of High‐Risk Factors for Failure of Bleeding Control in Enhanced Myometrial Vascularity Treated With Uterine Artery Embolization

open access: yesJournal of Clinical Ultrasound, EarlyView.
Enhanced Myometrial Vascularity (EMV) is a serious gynecological condition that often leads to abnormal uterine bleeding. Malformation size and involvement of the uterine fundus are significant risk factors. If EMV diameter > 3.85 cm, the bleeding of the patient is more likely to result in failure in UAE treatment.

Endocrine therapy‐induced cancer‐related fatigue in hormone‐dependent malignancies: Mechanisms, impact, and management strategies

open access: yesPrecision Medical Sciences, EarlyView.
Multipathway schematic of endocrine therapy–induced cancer‐related fatigue. Endocrine interventions trigger four interacting mechanisms—neuroendocrine dysregulation, systemic inflammation, energy‐metabolic failure, and psycho‐behavioral amplification—that culminate in the multidimensional CRF phenotype.

Assessing physiological, behavioral and movement responses to Suprelorin implant delivery methods in free‐ranging eastern grey kangaroos Macropus giganteus

open access: yesWildlife Biology, EarlyView.
Overabundant populations of eastern grey kangaroos Macropus giganteus in peri‐urban areas pose ecological and social challenges. Current management strategies are often hindered by animal welfare and logistical concerns. This study aimed to assess stress responses of kangaroos to two contraceptive delivery methods.

Long-term outcomes of fertility preservation counseling in women of reproductive age prior to gonadotoxic therapy

open access: yesJournal of Ovarian Research
Background As survival rates for reproductive-aged women with cancer improve, the importance of fertility preservation (FP) prior to gonadotoxic chemotherapy has increased. This study evaluated long-term FP outcomes by comparing return rates and clinical
