Endometrial Assembloid Model Reveals Endometrial Gland Development Regulation by Estradiol‐Driven WNT7B Suppression

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study developed a 3D endometrial assembloid model to study how uterine glands form and develop. They discovered key interactions between different cell types and identified WNT7B as a regulator controlled by estradiol‐mediated TGFβ1‐VDR interaction.

Penerapan Gilas (Teknologi Pengolahan Susu) Kambing di Desa Gunung Batin Udik Kecamatan Terusan Nunyai Kabupaten Lampung Tengah Propinsi Lampung [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
So far, we know the different types of milk usually consumed some of them milk cows, goats and horses. But most of us only consume cow's milk because it tastes sweet and a good source of vitamins and minerals contained in it are very high. But cow's milk

TBK1 Induces the Formation of Optineurin Filaments That Condensate with Polyubiquitin and LC3 for Cargo Sequestration

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Phosphorylation of Optineurin by TBK1 induces the formation of filaments that condensate upon binding to linear polyubiquitin. Membrane‐anchored LC3 partitions into these condensates, suggesting that phase separation of filamentous Optineurin with ubiquitylated cargo promotes the sequestration of cargo and its subsequent alignment with LC3‐positive ...

Optimization of a portable NIR device for the optical supervision of milk coagulation process [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
The coagulation of milk is the fundamental process in cheese-making, which is based on a gel formation as consequence of physicochemical changes taking place in the casein micelles.

Milk cell count in machine milked dairy goats [PDF]

open access: yesVeterinary Quarterly, 1980
Milk samples from 3 machine milked herds with 185 goats were examined for mastitis. Bacteriologically positive results were very few but the cell counts were high. These findings are in contrast to the results obtained with cows' milk samples.

CHB‐Induced Immune Zonation Chaos Elicited LXRα‐mediated Lipid Metabolism Disorders in Kupffer Cells to Induce Cancer Stem Cell Formation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
By profiling the spatiotemporal hepatic landscape of CHB mouse models, the originally peri‐portal localized KCs migrated to the peri‐central in a CXCL9‐CXCR3‐dependent manner, facilitating their interaction with HBV+ hepatocytes. The interaction promoted LMD in KCs through ASGR1‐induced LXRα degradation, which, in turn, induced CSC formation via Stat3 ...

RESPON IMUN MUKOSA DAN SELULER PADA TIKUS YANG DIBERI BUBUK SUSU KAMBING DENGAN INFEKSI Salmonella Typhimurium [Mucosal and Cellular Immune Response of Rat Given Goat Milk Powder and Infected with Salmonella Typhimurium]

open access: yesJurnal Teknologi dan Industri Pangan, 2013
Goat milk contains bioactive proteins and oligosaccharides which can act as immunomodulators and prebiotics respectively. The objectives of this study were to determine the effect of giving goat milk powder on mucosal immune response (sIgA/secretory ...

Relationship of goat milk flow emission variables with milking routine, milking parameters, milking machine characteristics and goat physiology

open access: yesAnimal, 2017
The aim of this paper was to study the relationship between milk flow emission variables recorded during milking of dairy goats with variables related to milking routine, goat physiology, milking parameters and milking machine characteristics, to determine the variables affecting milking performance and help the goat industry pinpoint farm and milking ...

Skeletal Muscle HSF1 Alleviates Age‐Associated Sarcopenia and Mitochondrial Function Decline via SIRT3‐PGC1α Axis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Aged HSF1 muscle‐specific knockout mice show deteriorated muscle atrophy and metabolic dysfunction, while active HSF1 overexpression improves muscle function via activating SIRT3 to deacetylate both PGC1α1 and PGC1α4, which boosts mitochondrial function and muscle hypertrophy in a fiber‐type specific manner, and induces FNDC5/Irisin for tissue ...

Stability of Viable Counts of Lactic Acid Bacteria during Storage of Goat Milk Soft Cheese

open access: yesMicrobiology Indonesia, 2012
The use of goat milk is limited in Indonesia due to lack of good milking practices resulted in disliked goaty smell. One of the method to eliminate this off flavor is by processing the goat milk into soft cheese. The aim of this research was to study the
