Charting Endocrine Progenitors Across Species and Organs

Using single‐cell multiomics and proteomics, this study compares these progenitors across species, systems, and organs, mapping the conserved and species‐specific gene regulatory networks that guide their formation.

Probiotic B.p colonization elevated gut‐derived inosine level in the liver, while elevated inosine activated A2AR and subsequently blocked NPs‐induced polarization of M1 macrophages by repressing the miR155/SOCS1/NF‐κB pathway. This reduced the release of inflammatory cytokines and thereby, mitigated NPs‐induced hepatic injury.

The location of bound S35 in the goblet cell of the rat colon at time points from 2 to 60 minutes after administration of S35 as sodium sulfate has been observed in vivo and in vitro by radioautographic techniques.
