We demonstrate a neuromorphic synapse in 2D Fe3GaTe2 flakes. The device operates via a current‐driven transformation from a skyrmion‐lattice to a stripe‐domain state, yielding a linear anomalous Hall resistance response with a tunable slope to enable multiply‐accumulate operations. Simulations confirm its viability in artificial neural networks.

Accelerating discrete wavelet transforms on GPUS [PDF]
The two-dimensional discrete wavelet transform has a huge number of applications in image-processing techniques. Until now, several papers compared the performance of such transform on graphics processing units (GPUs). However, all of them only dealt with lifting and convolution computation schemes.

This study shows that a lightweight blackbox neural network provides a practical, cost‐effective solution for bidirectional process prediction in laser‐induced graphene (LIG) fabrication. Achieving high predictive performance with minimal overhead, the approach democratizes machine learning (ML) for resource‐limited environments.

Accelerating recommender systems using GPUs [PDF]
We describe GPU implementations of the matrix recommender algorithms CCD++ and ALS. We compare the processing time and predictive ability of the GPU implementations with existing multi-core versions of the same algorithms. Results on the GPU are better than the results of the multi-core versions (maximum speedup of 14.8).
