Multicomponent Analysis of Antihyperlipidemic Drugs: Integrating Analytical Quality by Design and Multi‐Metric Green Liquid Chromatography

open access: yesSEPARATION SCIENCE PLUS, Volume 9, Issue 9, September 2026.
Robust HPLC method quantifies four antihyperlipidemic drugs. Central composite design optimized the analytical conditions. Achieved complete isocratic separation in under 10 min. Multiple green metrics confirmed excellent environmental sustainability. Validated method successfully analyzed commercial binary formulations.

Actionable visualization principles and guidance for a foundational university data science course

open access: yesTeaching Statistics, Volume 48, Issue S1, Page S122-S135, Summer 2026.
Abstract When teaching how to describe and apply good practices for visualizing data, we need to define “good”. Several sets of guidelines about good visualization practice exist in the literature and online, though each set focuses on different aspects of visualization and their level ranges from very general to very specific.

Direct deposition on pre‐cooled grids: a new approach to sub‐millisecond cryoEM grid preparation

open access: yesActa Crystallographica Section D, Volume 82, Issue 9, Page 1056-1061, September 2026.
We describe a new method to prepare grids for cryoEM on the sub‐millisecond timescale. There has been a rapid expansion in new approaches to sample preparation for single‐particle cryoEM. One drive has been around speeding up the process both for the application of time‐resolved studies and in outrunning some of the negative effects which may come from ...

Systemic acquired resistance: an emerging role for jasmonates in local signal biogenesis, translocation and distal signal decoding

open access: yesNew Phytologist, Volume 251, Issue 6, Page 3142-3158, September 2026.
Jasmonate signalling underpins establishment of plant systemic acquired resistance (SAR). Activation of the hypersensitive response (HR) not only contains the pathogen but establishes broad spectrum resistance in unchallenged leaves. The strong burst of reactive oxygen/nitrogen species initiating the HR results in lipid peroxidation (illustrated by ...
