We introduce and study a simple and natural class of solvable stochastic lattice gases. This is the class of \emph{Strong Particles}. The name is due to the fact that when they try to jump to an occupied site they succeed pushing away a pile of particles.

Reciprocal control of viral infection and phosphoinositide dynamics

Phosphoinositides, although scarce, regulate key cellular processes, including membrane dynamics and signaling. Viruses exploit these lipids to support their entry, replication, assembly, and egress. The central role of phosphoinositides in infection highlights phosphoinositide metabolism as a promising antiviral target.
