We establish a tBid‐mediated cell ablation system in axolotls, achieve rapid and efficient ablation of multiple cell types, including muscle stem cell, spinal cord cell, and connective tissue (CT) cells. We investigate the role of CT using tBid‐mediated CT ablation and identify its essential role for limb development and regeneration.

Donor Allospecific CD44high Central Memory T Cells Have Decreased Ability to Mediate Graft-vs.-Host Disease [PDF]
Data from both animal models and humans have demonstrated that effector memory T cells (TEM) and central memory T cells (TCM) from unprimed donors have decreased ability to induce graft-vs-host disease (GVHD).

Organoid Brain‐Machine‐Interface Devices for Central Nervous System Repair
We envision organoid brain‐machine‐interface (Organoid‐BMI) devices as new biohybrid bidirectional communication pathways to connect the human CNS and the external world for personalized CNS repair and regeneration. ABSTRACT Central nervous system (CNS) repair and regeneration suffer from tremendous clinical challenges due to current limitations in ...

Gut microbiota–derived short‐chain fatty acids regulate group 3 innate lymphoid cells in HCC
Abstract Background and Aims Type 3 innate lymphoid cells (ILC3s) are essential for host defense against infection and tissue homeostasis. However, their role in the development of HCC has not been adequately confirmed. In this study, we investigated the immunomodulatory role of short‐chain fatty acids (SCFAs) derived from intestinal microbiota in ILC3
