Juvenile Granulosa Cell Tumor of the Testicle – Report of a Neonatal Case with Positive Alpha-fetoprotein Immunohistochemical Staining

We report on a case of juvenile granulosa cell tumor of the testicle in a neonate, a rare testicular tumor in children. No genital ambiguity, anatomic abnormalities, nor sex chromosome aneuploidy was noted in this patient.

Galactorrhea-associated granulosa cell tumor in a child

Granulosa cell tumor of the ovary is a rare form of ovarian cancer in children. An 11-year-old girl was admitted with complaints of galactorrhea and abdominal mass. Abdomino-pelvic ultrasound and computed tomography revealed an ovarian tumor.
