Adult granulosa cell tumor associated with endometrial carcinoma: a case report

open access: yesJournal of Medical Case Reports, 2011
Introduction If strict criteria for the diagnosis of carcinoma are used and all patients with granulosa cell tumors are considered, the best estimate of the incidence of associated endometrial carcinomas is under 5%.

Dietary Phytochemical Index and Its Relationship With Diminished Ovarian Reserve: Evidence From a Case–Control Study

open access: yesEndocrinology, Diabetes &Metabolism, Volume 9, Issue 4, July 2026.
A higher dietary phytochemical index was associated with lower odds of diminished ovarian reserve, highlighting the potential role of phytochemical‐rich diets in supporting ovarian function and reproductive health. ABSTRACT Introduction Diminished ovarian reserve (DOR) represents a significant contributor to female infertility and adverse reproductive ...

The association of enchondromatosis with malignant transformed chondrosarcoma and ovarian juvenile granulosa cell tumor (Ollier disease)

open access: yesTaiwanese Journal of Obstetrics & Gynecology, 2017
Objective: Ovarian juvenile granulosa cell tumor has an interesting association with multiple enchondromatosis (Ollier disease and Maffucci syndrome) and should be considered a leading diagnosis when an ovarian mass is found in young patients with these ...

Granulosa Cell Tumour in a Spayed Cat With Ovarian Remnant Syndrome and Hyperestrogenaemia Without Estrus Signs

open access: yesVeterinary Medicine and Science, Volume 12, Issue 4, July 2026.
Granulosa cell tumour arising from ovarian remnant tissue can occur in spayed cats without overt estrus signs, despite marked hyperestrogenaemia. In this case, CT showed a large abdominal mass contiguous with ovarian vasculature; surgery and histopathology confirmed granulosa cell tumour with hepatic metastasis.

Granulosa-cell tumor in a bitch

open access: yes, 1946
This is a report of a case of Granulosa-cell tumor (mixed type) in a bitch twelve years old. In spite of the benign clinical course, the tumor shows histological signs of malignancy. There was no clinical evidences of hormonal action, but the endometrium

Mechanism and Intervention of the NPY1R/CREB Signaling Axis in Regulating Inflammatory Response in Aged Ovarian Granulosa Cells and Ovarian Senescence

open access: yesThe FASEB Journal, Volume 40, Issue 12, 30 June 2026.
Aging‐associated upregulation of NPY1R drives p‐CREB activation, triggering inflammation, mitochondrial dysfunction, and extracellular matrix imbalance to promote ovarian senescence. Pharmacological inhibition of NPY1R with BIBO 3304 restores ovarian homeostasis, highlighting a therapeutic strategy for reproductive aging. ABSTRACT Ovarian senescence is

GPCRs in CAR‐T Cell Immunotherapy: Expanding the Target Landscape and Enhancing Therapeutic Efficacy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 35, 24 June 2026.
Chimeric antigen receptor T cell therapy faces dual challenges of target scarcity and an immunosuppressive microenvironment in solid tumors. This review highlights how G protein‐coupled receptors can serve as both novel targets to expand the therapeutic scope and functional modules to enhance CAR‐T cell efficacy.

Juvenile granulosa cell tumor of the testis: prenatal diagnosis and prescrotal approach

open access: yesItalian Journal of Pediatrics, 2012
Neonatal testicular tumors are rare and should be considered in the differential diagnosis of newborn scrotal masses. Juvenile granulosa cell tumor (JGCT) accounts for about 5% of all prepubertal testis tumors.

Large‐Scale Quantitative Morphometry of Platelet α‐Granules via SIM Super‐Resolution Microscopy for Cancer Liquid Biopsy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 34, 19 June 2026.
ABSTRACT Blood‐based liquid biopsies hold transformative potential for non‐invasive cancer management, but current approaches relying on rare circulating tumor components limit their broad clinical utility. Platelets, abundant in blood and mediating diverse cancer‐associated responses, represent a compelling yet largely unexplored alternative.

Late retroperitoneal recurrence of adult-type ovarian granulosa cell tumors: Two case reports and literature review

open access: yesScience Progress
Adult-type ovarian granulosa cell tumors are rare low-grade malignancies characterized by late recurrence and atypical clinical manifestations. This study reports two cases of recurrent adult-type ovarian granulosa cell tumor with distinct timelines and ...
