Time‐restricted feeding prior to Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection reduces tissue CD4+ T cells with limited impact on bacterial clearance

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Time‐restricted feeding (TRF) in mice increased liver fatty acid oxidation and decreased fatty acid biosynthesis. These alterations persisted when TRF was discontinued and the host was infected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Pre‐exposure to TRF did not alter tissue (lung and spleen) mycobacterial burden but significantly reduced CD3+ T cells in lungs

A GRAPH-ORIENTED OBJECT DATABASE MODEL

open access: yes, 1994
A graph-oriented object database model (GOOD) is introduced as a theoretical basis for database systems in which manipulation as well as conceptual representation of data is transparently graph-based. In the GOOD model, the scheme as well as the instance

Graph Database

open access: yes, 2015
This project will review the new technology of graph databases. Graph databases, which model data using nodes and relationships, utilize a different paradigm than the rows and columns of relational databases. The main goals of this project are to provide

Visual Execution and Data Visualisation in Natural Language Processing [PDF]

open access: yes, 1997
We describe GGI, a visual system that allows the user to execute an automatically generated data flow graph containing code modules that perform natural language processing tasks. These code modules operate on text documents.

Hyperosmotic stress‐induced redistribution of pre‐mRNA cleavage factor I subunits is associated with shifts in alternative polyadenylation

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Hyperosmotic stress triggers the relocation of the CFIm complex from the nucleus to the cytoplasm. This shift creates a nuclear ‘stoichiometric bottleneck’, limiting CFIm availability for mRNA processing. Consequently, specific mRNAs like NUDT21 and DICER1 undergo targeted 3′UTR shortening, demonstrating how spatial protein dynamics drive rapid ...

Research on power system carbon flow calculation based on graph database and graph computing engine

open access: yes大数据
Firstly, the basic principles of graph database and graph algorithms are introduced, including the data model of graph database, query language, and common graph algorithms. Then, the method of constructing the graph model of the power system is ...

Benchmarking Database Systems for Graph Pattern Matching

open access: yes, 2014
In graph pattern matching the task is to find inside a given graph some specific smaller graph, called pattern. One way of solving this problem is to express it in the query language of a database system.

Loss of AMBRA1 activates MAPK and angiogenesis signaling pathways in melanoma cells

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Loss of AMBRA1 in melanoma cells activates multiple oncogenic pathways associated with tumor progression. Transcriptomic and protein network analyses revealed that AMBRA1 depletion enhances MAPK/ERK signaling, angiogenesis, TGF‐β/EMT signaling, and Wnt/axon guidance pathways.
