A Search-Based Approach to Multi-view Clustering of Software Systems [PDF]
—Unsupervised software clustering is the problem of automatically decomposing the software system into meaningful units. Some approaches solely rely on the structure of the system, such as the module dependency graph, to decompose the software systems ...

Evaluating the involvement of autolysosomes in the nuclear translocation of fluorescent proteins
Endogenously expressed fluorescent proteins can be degraded by autophagy and transported to cell nuclei via the nuclear pore complex. But in some cell lines, for example, HeLa cells which are positive for immunoreactivity of a receptor ligand, such as UCN I, in cell nuclei, fusion of autolysosome with the nuclear envelope is involved in the nuclear ...

Stable and predictable Voronoi treemaps for software quality monitoring [PDF]
Context: Voronoi treemaps can be used to effectively visualize software quality attributes of a given software system. Algorithms for computing Voronoi treemaps are non-deterministic making them unsuited for monitoring the development of such attributes ...

Loss of AMBRA1 activates MAPK and angiogenesis signaling pathways in melanoma cells
Loss of AMBRA1 in melanoma cells activates multiple oncogenic pathways associated with tumor progression. Transcriptomic and protein network analyses revealed that AMBRA1 depletion enhances MAPK/ERK signaling, angiogenesis, TGF‐β/EMT signaling, and Wnt/axon guidance pathways.

Repair of neuronal DNA damage in Alzheimer's disease by KCL‐286. (A) Amyloid‐β oligomers and plaques impair neuronal DNA repair pathways, leading to DNA double‐strand breaks and glial activation. (B) KCL‐286 activates RARβ/RXR signalling via retinoic acid response elements (RAREs), associated with increased BRCA1 expression, enhanced DNA repair and ...
