Abstract Green buildings are synonymous with environmental sustainability; however, it is unclear what role its occupants, specifically employees, play in promoting sustainability in green office buildings. This paper proposes that Green Human Resource Management (HRM), underpinned by Social Identity Theory (SIT), can maximize the potential of green ...

Unscreened water-diversion pipes pose an entrainment risk to the threatened green sturgeon, Acipenser medirostris. [PDF]
Over 3,300 unscreened agricultural water diversion pipes line the levees and riverbanks of the Sacramento River (California) watershed, where the threatened Southern Distinct Population Segment of green sturgeon, Acipenser medirostris, spawn.

Power Corrections to Perturbative QCD and OPE in Gluon Green Functions [PDF]
We show that QCD Green functions in Landau Gauge exhibit sizable $O(1/\mu^2)$ corrections to the expected perturbative behavior at energies as high as 10 GeV. We argue that these are due to a $$-condensate which does not vanish in Landau gauge.Comment: 3

This study used fundamental research to explore the concept of green management in behavioral theory. This study used 100 employees of PT Sidomuncul as respondents and used a purposive sampling method and multiple regression analysis for data analysis. The results of this study indicate that green behavior training has a positive and significant effect

Non-linear electromagnetic interactions in thermal QED [PDF]
We examine the behavior of the non-linear interactions between electromagnetic fields at high temperature. It is shown that, in general, the log(T) dependence on the temperature of the Green functions is simply related to their UV behavior at zero ...

Scaling Green-Kubo relation and application to three aging systems [PDF]
The Green-Kubo formula relates the spatial diffusion coefficient to the stationary velocity autocorrelation function. We derive a generalization of the Green-Kubo formula valid for systems with long-range or nonstationary correlations for which the ...

How Green Mindfulness and Green Shared Vision Interact to Influence Green Creative Behavior
The study is based on the self-determination theory and aims to investigate the mediating role of green intrinsic motivation and the moderating role of green shared vision in the association between frontline managers' green mindfulness and green creative behavior to leverage their capacity to think creatively and act sustainably. The study employs a ...

Green Building Pro-Environment Behaviors: Are Green Users Also Green Buyers? [PDF]
Pro-environment behaviors play a key role in advancing the development of green buildings. This study investigated the link between two green building pro-environment behaviors that require dissimilar resources: energy savings that do not require money in order to be more environmentally friendly and willingness to pay that involves economic resources ...
