Molecules, 2020 Green pruning residues (GPRs) and leaves from 16 red and white Vitis vinifera L. cultivars from Piedmont (Italy) were studied. The investigated samples were extracted by ultrasound-assisted extraction optimized by an experimental design, and quali- and quantitatively analyzed by HPLC-PDA-MS/MS.

Influence of pruning upon carbon dioxide fixation with urban greening
Journal of the Japanese Society of Revegetation Technology, 2003 街路樹を対象として，1回の剪定作業による剪定枝発生量の実測調査と，剪定頻度についての管理者ヒヤリングと全国アンケートを行い，両調査の結果から，剪定管理により持ち出される樹木1本あたりの年間木質部重量を，形状寸法との関係を踏まえて算定し，無剪定下にある樹木の年間木質部成長量と比較することにより，剪定管理が街路樹のCO2固定量に与える影響について考察した。実測の結果，剪定枝発生量は，樹木の成長とともに増大し，胸高直径25cmにおいて，4樹種平均で，無剪定樹木の年間木質部成長量の45.3%に達することが判明した。また，アンケート調査からは，無剪定管理下にある樹木が，6樹種平均で17.9%存在することが判明し，今後のCO2固定促進方策において，剪定枝の有効利用 ...
