Leaftronics: Bio‐Fractal Scaffolds From Leaf Venation for Low‐Waste Electronics
“Leaftronics” transforms naturally evolved leaf venation into quasi‐fractal scaffolds for sustainable electronics. Polymer‐infiltrated leaf skeletons can be used to fabricate ultra‐smooth, reflow‐ and thin‐film‐compatible decomposable substrates, while making the same lignocellulose networks conducting results in flexible transparent electrodes.

A review of greenhouse gas emissions and removals from Irish peatlands
Since peatlands cover around 20 % of the land area in the Republic of Ireland, their management is of particular significance in reducing national greenhouse gases (GHG) emissions. We reviewed peatland carbon (C) flux studies within Ireland, extracting data for carbon dioxide, methane, and nitrous oxide fluxes, as well as fluvial losses and here ...

Strong Fully Reprocessable Engineered Wood Composites
Engineering a hyperbranched adhesive with complementary imine‐bond and hydrogen‐bond networks, combining it with wood particles to fabricate the wood composite (WP/HTP) under mild hot‐pressing conditions. The WP/HTP exhibits 100% mechanical strength recovery after three cycles of reprocessing, and the reprocessed modulus of rupture (MOR) and modulus of
