Loss of SHP1 in Spinal Astrocytes Triggers T‐Lymphocyte Infiltration and Nociceptive Hypersensitivity

Astrocyte‐specific SHP1 deletion disrupts astrocyte–vascular interactions and compromises BBB integrity while enhancing STAT1‐dependent CXCL10 expression. These changes synergistically promote peripheral CD4+ and CD8+ T‐cell infiltration into the SDH. The infiltrating T cells secrete IFN‐γ, which in turn activates microglia.

Electrochemically Driven Regioselective Radical Functionalization of Allenes: Scope and Mechanistic Insights

Allenes emerge as powerful platforms for electrochemical functionalization through radical pathways. Selective radical addition at the central carbon triggers anodic oxidation and intramolecular cyclization, enabling efficient synthesis of oxazolines and oxazolidine‐2‐imines without external oxidants.

Symmetry‐Imposed Selection Rules for Excitations of Nontrivial Plasmonic Topologies

A unified group‐theory selection rule governs the excitation of vectorial nearfield topologies across three plasmonic spin states. Derived from first principles, it predicts spin–orbit vortex splitting and multidimensional nested vortices, confirmed by phase‐resolved in situ measurements.
