Imaging of ground moving targets with single-antenna SAR
2015 IEEE China Summit and International Conference on Signal and Information Processing (ChinaSIP), 2015In this paper, a novel method is proposed for the imaging of ground moving target with motion error compensation. The Keystone and Hough transform are utilized to correct the Range Cell Migration first. Then the Fractional Fourier transform (FrFT) is adopted to estimate the Doppler parameters of ground moving targets. Finally, moving targets are imaged.

MIMO SAR based ground moving target indication
2011 Conference Record of the Forty Fifth Asilomar Conference on Signals, Systems and Computers (ASILOMAR), 2011We investigate a framework for the detection of ground moving targets using a Multiple-Input-Multiple-Output (MIMO) radar system. We look at how phase histories collected from a MIMO Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) system can be used for target detection in a Ground Moving Target Indication (GMTI) mode while SAR images are being formed.

Ground moving target detection in MIMO-SAR system
2016 IEEE International Geoscience and Remote Sensing Symposium (IGARSS), 2016Multiple-input multiple-output synthetic aperture radar (MIMO-SAR) has drawn widely attention for its increased degrees of freedom. This enhanced architecture offers not only the opportunity to map wider images swaths with improved spatial resolution, but also enables novel SAR modes to resolve some of the contradicting user requirements. In this paper,

Ground Moving Target Indication With Tandem Satellite Constellations
IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Letters, 2008Ground moving target indication (GMTI) from space by existing dual-channel radar systems such as TerraSAR-X and RADARSAT-2 has been shown to perform only insufficiently with respect to the relocation error of targets to their true ground position. Only two parallel receiver channels are too little to suppress the severe ground clutter and to estimate ...

Ground moving target engagement by cooperative UAVs
Proceedings of the 2005, American Control Conference, 2005., 2005The purpose of this tutorial paper is to present an application example for the MultiUAV cooperative control simulation. MultiUAV has been used to simulate a cooperative moving target engagement (CMTE) scenario, with a team of UAVs acting as a sensor and communication network to cooperatively track and attack moving ground targets.

Imaging of moving target in strong ground clutter
2001 CIE International Conference on Radar Proceedings (Cat No.01TH8559), 2002The imaging method of a low-altitude target in strong ground clutter is presented. The identical amount of stretching time-delay with the adjoined echoes is applied in the signal stretching process, and then the ground clutter is filtered through the one-order canceller.

An Approach for Parameter Estimation of Ground Moving Target
2018 Progress in Electromagnetics Research Symposium (PIERS-Toyama), 2018Along- Track Interferometry (ATI)is widely used in airborne dual-channel synthetic aperture radar (SAR). It is suitable for detecting ground moving targets, especially slow moving targets. But it has the problem of radial velocity ambiguity for fast moving targets.

Surface surveillance for ground moving targets indicators
SPIE Proceedings, 2014Ground moving target indication (GMTI) using multiple resolutions of synthetic aperture radar (SAR) images to estimate the clutter scattering statistics can help transform Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), a mission area essential to the U.S.

Detection of moving targets by ground bistatic radar
IEEE MTT-S International Microwave Symposium Digest, 2005., 2005The paper proposes a mathematic model to describe signals in antenna output (signatures) in a bistatic microwave intrusion link. The theory deploys Rayleigh's method to describe electromagnetic wave diffraction on the moving silhouette of an intruder in scalar approximation.
