Automated Prediction of Ground State Spin for Transition Metal Complexes
Exploiting crystallographic data repositories for large-scale quantum chemical computations requires the rapid and accurate extraction of the molecular structure, charge and spin from the crystallographic information file.

Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

COMP–PMEPA1 axis promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition in breast cancer cells
This study reveals that cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (COMP) promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EMT) in breast cancer. We identify PMEPA1 (protein TMEPAI) as a novel COMP‐binding partner that mediates EMT via binding to the TSP domains of COMP, establishing the COMP–PMEPA1 axis as a key EMT driver in breast cancer.

Modelling Of The Thermal Behavior Of Walls And Floors In Contact With The Ground
One of the most complex configuration to model in detail, both in the dynamic simulation of buildings and in the analytical quasi steady-state calculations, is the thermal dispersion through the walls and the floor in contact with the ground. The problem

Spin-3/2 Ising model on a two-layer Bethe lattice with FM/AFM interactions
Two-layer Bethe lattice whose lattice sites are occupied with spin-3/2 atoms is solved exactly by using the recursion relations in a pairwise approach for given coordination numbers q=3,4 and 6 with equal external magnetic fields acting on the layers ...

Cytarabine is a key therapy for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), but its efficacy is limited by the dNTPase SAMHD1, which hydrolyses its active metabolite. Screening nucleotide biosynthesis inhibitors revealed that IMPDH inhibitors selectively sensitise SAMHD1‐proficient AML cells to cytarabine.
