Prefabricated bridges have emerged as a significant trend in modern bridge construction. To study the in-plane and out-of-plane flexural performance of ultra-high-performance concrete (UHPC) beams with wet joints, in-plane and out-of-plane specimens with

Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

Targeted therapy was evaluated in SHH medulloblastoma using neuroepithelial stem cell (NES) and tumor‐derived NES‐like (tNES) models in 2D monolayers and 3D spheroids. PI3K, AKT, and CDK4/6 inhibitors had minimal effects in NES but markedly reduced viability and growth and induced apoptosis in tNES cells, revealing distinct therapeutic vulnerabilities.

Group-oriented ring signature [PDF]
In this paper, we present an improved Rivest\u27s ring signature scheme. In our scheme, the size of the signature is only related to the ring members, and the signer needs no to publish amount of random numbers. On this basis, we propose a group-oriented

RNA profiling of circulating extracellular vesicles (EVs) from blood samples of men undergoing prostate biopsy identifies transcripts associated with clinically significant prostate cancer. Integrative analysis with public tumor datasets links EV‐derived gene signatures to tumor stage and progression‐free survival, highlighting CASP3, XRCC2, and RIT1 ...

CIN85 is highly expressed in osteosarcoma, particularly in metastatic lesions. Its overexpression increases cell migration and Matrigel invasion, while silencing CIN85 suppresses these behaviors. Transcriptome analysis shows that CIN85 regulates MMP2, COL3A1, and Akt/mTOR signaling. Targeting these pathways reverses CIN85‐induced motility, highlighting

RING-MaP single-molecule correlated chemical probing and network analysis of a large RNA.
(A) Overview of the RING-MaP experiment and network analysis. DMS chemical adducts on an RNA are detected by MaP, which records adduct sites as mutations and indels in the cDNA sequence generated by reverse transcription.

Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...
