Cell wall target fragment discovery using a low‐cost, minimal fragment library
FEBS Letters, EarlyView.LoCoFrag100 is a fragment library made up of 100 different compounds. Similarity between the fragments is minimized and 10 different fragments are mixed into a single cocktail, which is soaked to protein crystals. These crystals are analysed by X‐ray crystallography, revealing the binding modes of the bound fragment ligands.

Acta Crystallographica Section E, 2013 In the title compound, C19H13Br2NO, the dihedral angle between the rings of the biphenyl group is 53.59 (14)°. The ring of the benzamide group is inclined to the phenyl rings of the biphenyl group by 23.87 (15) and 75.89 (15)°.

High‐throughput RNA sequencing identified distinct salivary RNA signatures, including novel transcripts, that differentiate BC from healthy controls, characterize histological and molecular subtypes, and indicate lymph node involvement.
