Serumkonzentration von Glyceroltrinitrat (GTN) bei transdermaler Applikation von GTN-Pflastern unterschiedlicher Provenienz*

DMW - Deutsche Medizinische Wochenschrift, 1986

The application of GTN in managing stomal ischemia

Gastrointestinal Nursing, 2006
This article discusses stomal ischemia and the causes and predisposing factors that contribute to this rare occurrence. It explores the principle of applying a glyceryl trinitrate (GTN) transdermal patch to an ischemic stoma following surgery to aid perfusion of blood to the stomal mucosa. The article also illustrates a case study in which an ischemic

Bioremediation of Glycerol Trinitrate (GTN) Explosive

Journal of Functional And Environmental Botany, 2014
Bioremediation using living organisms, primarily microorganisms, offers the possibility to degrade or detoxify substances hazardous to human health and/or the environment. Explosives or ‘explosive waste’ fall into the category of energetic materials and are susceptible to initiation or self-sustained energy release, when present in sufficient ...

[Serum concentration of glyceryl trinitrate (GTN) in transdermal application of GTN dressings of various origins].

Deutsche medizinische Wochenschrift (1946), 1985
Serum levels of glyceryl trinitrate have been determined in eight healthy subjects following transdermal application of four different glyceryl trinitrate plasters using a randomised crossover design. The plasters investigated were Deponit 10, Nitradisc 10, Nitroderm TTS 10 and Nitro-Pflaster-ratiopharm 10.

Clinical pharmacological equivalence of a novel FCH-free GTN spray with low ethanol content vs a FCH-containing GTN spray

European Journal of Clinical Pharmacology, 1995
The overall therapeutic equivalence of a fluorochlorohydrocarbon (FCH)-free glyceryl trinitrate (GTN) pump spray with a low ethanol content (TL) was investigated relative to an FCH-containing GTN spray (Nitrolingual; R), in terms of: (1) pharmacokinetic bioavailability, (2) pharmacodynamic responses as assessed by digital plethysmography (DPG), and (3)

Fertility Preservation in Gestational Trophoblastic Neoplasia (GTN)

2021
Gestational trophoblastic neoplasia (GTN) consisting of Invasive mole, choriocarcinoma and Placental site trophoblastic tumour (PSTT) have generally good prognosis. They usually follow molar pregnancy but sometimes could occur after an abortion or a term pregnancy.
