Novel (S)‐5′‐guanidinopropyl uridine analogs bearing 2′‐O‐methyl or 2′‐fluoro substitutions enhance nuclease resistance and mismatch discrimination while preserving A‐form RNA structure and potent RNAi activity. These modifications provide a promising strategy for improving the stability, specificity, and therapeutic potential of siRNA‐based medicines.

ZDHHC17 palmitoylates CDK4, which together with TRAF6‐mediated ubiquitination, drives cell cycle progression and immune surveillance, revealing a rational combination of CDK4 inhibitors with immune checkpoint blockers for ZDHHC17‐driven cancers. ABSTRACT Uncontrolled cell cycle progression is a hallmark of cancer, tightly regulated by both intrinsic ...

GK PUA Domain Modulates Cables, Cooperativity, and Proline Feedback
EcGK tetramers hierarchically assemble into metabolic filaments and bundle into metabolic cables. Upon substrate binding, this dynamic equilibrium shifts from inactive cables to active tetramers to drive catalysis; meanwhile the inhibitor proline stabilizes an X‐shaped conformation, redirecting assembly toward filaments to enable efficient feedback ...

Polymeric and molecular amines embedded in hygroscopic matrices to facilitate CO2 transport for CO2/H2 separation. Abstract This work dealt with composite membranes comprising of polyvinylamine (PVAm) and triethylenetetramine (TETA) embedded in poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) for CO2/H2 separation via facilitated transport of CO2, where polymeric and ...
