Anisotropic Two-Microlocal Spaces and Regularity

open access: yesJournal of Function Spaces, 2014
We define D-u-anisotropic two-microlocal spaces by decay conditions on anisotropic wavelet coefficients on any D-u-anisotropic wavelet basis of L2(Rd). We prove that these spaces allow the characterizing of pointwise anisotropic Hölder regularity.

On maximal regularity for the Cauchy-Dirichlet mixed parabolic problem with fractional time derivative

open access: yesBruno Pini Mathematical Analysis Seminar, 2018
In this seminar we illustrate some results of maximal regularity for the Cauchy-Dirichlet mixed problem, with a fractional time derivative of Caputo type in spaces of continuous and Hölder continuous functions.

Cognitive Status in People With Epilepsy in the Republic of Guinea: A Prospective, Case–Control Study

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective People with epilepsy (PWE) may experience cognitive deficits but fail to undergo formal evaluation. This study compares cognitive status between PWE and healthy controls in the West African Republic of Guinea. Methods A cross‐sectional, case–control study was conducted in sequential recruitment phases (July 2024–July 2025) at Ignace ...

Global Schauder estimates for kinetic Kolmogorov-Fokker-Planck equations

open access: yesAdvanced Nonlinear Studies
We present global Schauder type estimates in all variables and unique solvability results in kinetic Hölder spaces for kinetic Kolmogorov-Fokker-Planck (KFP) equations.

Moduli of continuity, functional spaces,\break and elliptic boundary value problems. The full regularity spaces Cα0,λ(Ω̅)

open access: yesAdvances in Nonlinear Analysis, 2018
Let 𝑳{\boldsymbol{L}} be a second order uniformly elliptic operator, and consider the equation 𝑳⁢u=f{\boldsymbol{L}u=f} under the boundary condition u=0{u=0}.

Development of a Prediction Model for Progression Risk in High‐Grade Gliomas Based on Habitat Radiomics and Pathomics

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective To investigate the value of constructing models based on habitat radiomics and pathomics for predicting the risk of progression in high‐grade gliomas. Methods This study conducted a retrospective analysis of preoperative magnetic resonance (MR) images and pathological sections from 72 patients diagnosed with high‐grade gliomas (52 ...

Hölder classes relative to degenerate elliptic operators as interpolation spaces

open access: yesLe Matematiche, 1998
The well known characterization ofHölder classes as interpolation spaces is here extended under suitable hypotheses to a class of spaces wherethe Hölder continuity is given in terms of an intrinsic distance relative to degenerate elliptic operators of ...

The aproximation of functions in generalized Holder spaces [PDF]

open access: yesComputer Science Journal of Moldova, 1996
The theorems of approximation of complex functions determined on the closed arbitrary contour Г of the complex plane by means of Lagrange interpolating polynomials in generalized Holder spaces Hw were obtained.

Value of MRI Outcomes for Preventive and Early‐Stage Trials in Spinocerebellar Ataxias 1 and 3

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective To examine the value of MRI outcomes as endpoints for preventive and early‐stage trials of two polyglutamine spinocerebellar ataxias (SCAs). Methods A cohort of 100 participants (23 SCA1, 63 SCA3, median Scale for the Assessment and Rating of Ataxia (SARA) score = 5, 42% preataxic, and 14 gene‐negative controls) was scanned at 3T up ...

Equivalence Between Fractional Differential Problems and Their Corresponding Integral Forms with the Pettis Integral

open access: yesMathematics
The problem of equivalence between differential and integral problems is absolutely crucial when applying solution methods based on operators and their properties in function spaces.
