Lateral diffusion of H-2 antigens on mouse fibroblasts
We have used fluorescence photobleaching and recovery (FPR) to measure the lateral diffusion of mouse H-2 antigens, labeled with fluorescent Fab fragments, in the membrane of cl 1d fibroblasts.

Antigen-inducible, H-2-restricted, interleukin-2-producing T cell hybridomas. Lack of independent antigen and H-2 recognition [PDF]
We developed a method for production of antigen-specific, H-2-restricted T cell hybrids. The tumor cell partner in the fusions was itself a T cell hybrid, FS6-14.13.AG2 (or its derivatives), which could be induced to produce the growth factor, interleukin-2 (IL-2), in response to a challenge with concanavalin A, but had no known antigen specificity ...

Preparation of alginate coated chitosan microparticles for vaccine delivery
Background Absorption of antigens onto chitosan microparticles via electrostatic interaction is a common and relatively mild process suitable for mucosal vaccine.

Participation of the H-2 antigens of tumor cells in their lysis by syngeneic T cells
Cytotoxic T lymphocytes were generated in vitro against H-2 compatible or syngeneic tumor cells. In vitro cytotoxic activity was inhibited by specific anti-H2 sera, suggesting that H-2 antigens are involved in cell lysis.

Synthesis and distribution of H-2 antigens in preimplantation mouse embryos
Synthesis of H-2 antigens by preimplantation mouse embryos is first detectable at the late blastocyst stage. These antigens were detected using immune precipitation assays of extracts of embryos labeled by incorporation of radioactive amino acids but not

Localization of H-2 antigens on mouse trophoblast cells
The presence of H-2 antigens of the paternal and maternal haplotypes on mouse trophoblast cells was examined at several stages of pregnancy by using a sensitive immunolabeling technique followed by quantitative radioautography.

Evaluation of immunogenicity and protective efficacy of recombinant outer membrane proteins of Haemophilus parasuis serovar 5 in a murine model. [PDF]
Glässer's disease is an economically important infectious disease of pigs caused by Haemophilus parasuis. Few vaccines are currently available that could provide effective cross-protection against various serovars of H. parasuis. In this study, five OMPs

Early diagnosis is highly crucial for life-saving and transmission management of tuberculosis (TB). Despite the low sensitivity and time-consuming issues, TB antigen detection still relies on conventional smear microscopy and culture techniques.

Quantitative absorption with specific anti-H-2 sera has shown that the H-2Kb and H-2Dd antigens coded by the B10.A(5R) haplotype are expressed in about fourfold lower amount on the spleen cells of [B10.A(5R) X B10.A(2R)]F1 hybrids than on parental B10.A ...
