Workplace bullies, not their victims, score high on the Dark Triad and Extraversion, and low on Agreeableness and Honesty-Humility

open access: yesHeliyon, 2019
Most past research has focused mainly on the personality of the victims of bullying and not on the personality of workplace bullies. Some researchers have suggested that bullies and their victims may share bully-typifying personality traits.

Cation‐π Interaction‐Based Biointerface for Low‐Cost PD‐1 Detection Toward NSCLC Immunotherapy Monitoring

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
A cation‐π interaction‐based biointerface is engineered on a CNT‐FET for label‐free detection of PD‐1. PD‐1 monoclonal antibodies are orientedly immobilized via cation‐π interactions between PCz‐wrapped semiconducting single‐walled carbon nanotubes and the Fc region of the monoclonal antibody.

Search for Leptoquark Bosons in ep Collisions at HERA [PDF]

open access: yes, 2005
A search for scalar and vector leptoquarks coupling to first generation fermions is performed using the e^+p and e^-p scattering data collected by the H1 experiment between 1994 and 2000. The data correspond to a total integrated luminosity of 117 pb^{-1}

Coordinated changes in gene expression, H1 variant distribution and genome 3D conformation in response to H1 depletion [PDF]

open access: yes, 2022
Up to seven members of the histone H1 family may contribute to chromatin compaction and its regulation in human somatic cells. In breast cancer cells, knock-down of multiple H1 variants deregulates many genes, promotes the appearance of genome-wide ...

Determination of EW Parameters Using H1 Data [PDF]

open access: yes, 2018
An improved determination of electroweak (EW) parameters using H1 inclusive neutral current and charged current DIS cross sections is presented. The analysis benefits from the usage of the previously published cross sections using longitudinally ...

Passive Directional Water Transport on Superhydrophobic Gradient Textures Fabricated by Direct Laser Interference Patterning

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
Microstructures fabricated by two‐beam DLIP combining spatial‐period and roughness gradients are fabricated to enhance directional transport of water droplets. The coupled gradients increase transport distance by 160% and strongly suppress motion against the gradient, demonstrating an effective strategy for controlled droplet manipulation.

Search for a Narrow Baryonic Resonance Decaying to $K^0_s p$ or $K^0_s \bar{p}$ in Deep Inelastic Scattering at HERA [PDF]

open access: yes, 2006
A search for a narrow baryonic resonance decaying to $K^0_s p$ or $K^0_s \bar p$ is carried out in deep inelastic ep scattering with the H1 detector at HERA.

Omnidirectional Ultra‐Broadband Cu/TiO2 Metasurface Absorbers for High‐Efficiency Solar Thermal Conversion and Photothermal Plasmon‐Driven Catalysis

open access: yesAdvanced Optical Materials, EarlyView.
Metasurface shows selective solar–thermal energy conversion with high‐activity solar/laser‐driven chemistry. The breakthrough is co‐designing broadband FP‐cavity + plasmonic LSPR/SLR resonances in an ultra‐thin metamaterial so that it not only harvests the most efficient proportion of solar radiation but also suppresses mid and IR emissivity. Moreover,
