The recombinant endolysin El1 derived from Enterobacteria bacteriophages showed potent bactericidal activity against Gram‐negative bacteria when applied exogenously, even in the absence of membrane‐permeabilizing agents, such as ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA).

Analytical Comparison of Three Commercial Lysing Reagents for Full‐Spectrum Flow Cytometric Immunophenotyping

Our study compared three commercial lysing solutions used in spectral FC immunophenotyping. We found that Excellyse I demonstrated the best overall performance, with greater cell preservation, clearer population resolution, and lower variability in scatter and fluorescence.
