Abstract The publication of Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute's guideline H62 has provided the flow cytometry community with much‐needed guidance on development and validation of flow cytometric assays (CLSI, 2021). It has also paved the way for additional exploration of certain topics requiring additional guidance.

The Isomerization Equilibrium between Cis and Trans Chloride Ruthenium Olefin Metathesis Catalysts from Quantum Mechanics Calculations [PDF]
The cis−trans chloride isomerization of a ruthenium olefin metathesis catalyst is studied using quantum mechanics (B3LYP DFT), including the Poisson−Boltzmann (PBF) continuum approximation. The predicted geometries agree with experiment.

Converting an HLA‐B27 flow assay from the BD FACSCanto to the BD FACSLyric
Abstract HLA‐B27 is a major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I antigen which exhibits strong association (90%) with ankylosing spondylitis. HLA‐B27 detection in patients by flow cytometry is a widely used clinical test, performed on many different flow cytometer models.

Fabbisogno, maturità del debito e tassi d'interesse: un modello econometrico dei titoli di Stato
This work builds a monthly econometric model of the main markets in sovereign bonds. It then estimates the model for the 1983-88 period by looking at the supply and demand of Italian sovereign bonds. The model gives special emphasis to the central bank’s

Concatenation of Error Avoiding with Error Correcting Quantum Codes for Correlated Noise Models
We study the performance of simple error correcting and error avoiding quantum codes together with their concatenation for correlated noise models. Specifically, we consider two error models: i) a bit-flip (phase-flip) noisy Markovian memory channel ...

Supplier Carbon Management and Firm Idiosyncratic Risk: Empirical Evidence From China
ABSTRACT Although existing research emphasizes the importance of internal carbon management (CM) in influencing firm risk, the impact of external stakeholder CM on firm risk remains unclear. This study employs signaling theory to explore how supplier CM affects firm idiosyncratic risk (IR), alongside the moderating roles of the supply chain information

Abstract Background and Aims Solar lentigo is a prevalent skin condition that affects a significant number of individuals. Fortunately, certain traditional Chinese medicines and monomers (TCMM) have proven effective in addressing these concerns. In this study, we evaluated the efficacy and underlying mechanism of TCMM, a combination of TCM and monomers
