Monitoring Antiseizure Medication Change Using Ultra Long‐Term Electroencephalogram: A Multicenter Study

Objective Medication dose adjustments are common in treatment‐resistant epilepsy, but lack robust evidence, and patient‐reported seizure diaries have known limitations.
