Exclusive production of charmonium-like XYZ states in hadron-hadron ultraperipheral collisions(UPCs) and electron-proton scattering is studied employing effective Lagrangian method. Total cross sections and rapidity distributions of charmonium-like XYZ states are obtained in hadron-hadron UPCs and electron-proton scattering process.
